Before the madness

Yesterday I had a trip into York to freshen up and relax before Pulse next week. I got my hair cut, had lunch in the museum gardens and strolled by the river. It was so beautiful. Sometimes you can take for granted where you live. When you see it everyday it becomes almost invisible. York reminds me of Edinburgh at this time of year, with all the tourists and street performers. All I need now is an old fashioned bicycle to feel like a true Yorker.

Lovely flowers for lovely weather. the Sun has been streaming in our lovely windows and making studio life so much dreamier (fly killing aside)
Just a few flicks of some beautiful anemones I bought in the market and another use for Dear Prudence gift wrap.

Catalouge 2012/13

I am very lucky to have a very clever husband who really knows his stuff when it comes to Graphic Design. He has kindly been working away on the first Dear Prudence wholesale Catalouge (even when he has other projects on the go) It's not finished yet but here is a little preview of how it looks so far. Andrew took all the photographs and worked on the page layout.
This is the first time I have been able to look at Dear Prudence and see a strong brand beginning to shine through. The catalouges will be made in the UK on uncoated durable paper, with saddle stitch binding. Just in time for Pulse.
